Viewing Inventory Data

The Inventories page lists all your products with their corresponding on-hand quantity, average cost, and total value. Average cost and total value are only shown for those who have cost access.

To view your inventory data, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Go to Stockroom > Inventory > Summary.

Step 2:

You'll see this inventory dashboard which consists of the Total Cost, Total On Hand Quantity, Out of Stock Count, Over Inventory, and Under Inventory.

a. Total Cost

Sum of the average cost multiplied by the quantity on hand of all products.

b. Total On Hand Quantity

Sum of the quantity on hand of all products.

c. Out of Stock Count

Number of products with less than 1 on hand quantity.

d. Over Inventory

List of products with on hand quantity exceeding the set maximum quantity threshold

e. Under Inventory

List of products with on hand quantity less than the set minimum quantity threshold
