# Viewing Inventory Data

To view your inventory data, follow these steps:

### Step 1:

Go to Stockroom > Inventory > Summary.

### Step 2:

You'll see this inventory dashboard which consists of the Total Cost, Total On Hand Quantity, Out of Stock Count, Over Inventory, and Under Inventory.

#### **a. Total Cost**

Sum of the average cost multiplied by the quantity on hand of all products.

#### **b. Total On Hand Quantity**

Sum of the quantity on hand of all products.

#### **c. Out of Stock Count**

Number of products with less than 1 on hand quantity.

#### **d. Over Inventory**

List of products with on hand quantity exceeding the set maximum quantity threshold

#### **e. Under Inventory**

List of products with on hand quantity less than the set minimum quantity threshold
